I wear this frailty up like peacocks
There you lie on feathers down
I sigh with self, angst, and pretense
There you lie with simmered crown
I am strong yet ashamed
But your fragile frame crushes me
Until I stand again

hey, let’s meet up sometime to talk about calstate hayward students. i’m thinking something along the lines of a pre-thanksgiving dinner to kick off. easy, understandable framework for both the students and churchmembers to relate to. predictable menu we can coordinate potluck for. if possible, we can hold donations drive to give them nominal ($10-20) target giftcards for fellowship presents and followup by arranging shopping trips. (maybe that way it will seem less charity, more present-like, and not set up sugardaddy church expectations.)my week is open, i’ll probably drop by church whenever you’re available 😉
hehe, we’ll be like indians sharing a meal with the new pilgrims to our area!
simmered crown… >_< i think i know what it means, but it’s so abstract!! i like the contrast of the “up” and “down”.
